Every morning I wake up as though I have just gone ten rounds with Tyson. Every joint hurts, particularly feet, knees, hip and back. The Dr has tested for Arthritus and the test came back negative. I've got another appointment to see him but could do with any suggestions as they just seem to want to put you on pills.
