First cool morning of the season and I have a chilblain on my fourth toe on the thin bit of skin on the curve of the toe - so hits everytime I take a step.
The pain is next level once they get going. Usually my right foot only. No itching. Just pain.
I've managed my Raynauds for years with wool socks and sheepskin. It's when the temperatures go up and down in spring and autumn that bother me. I can't wear socks yet because then my feet start to burn which usually causes the first sores to develop.
GP prescribed nifedepine last year but for one reason and another (surgery for something else) I didn't try it.
Has anyone had any luck with this when they already have low blood pressure (am hypermobile so these things are all connected I think).
Thank you
