Bumps/spots on one cheek

Not really concerned but it's only been a thing for 2 years.
I am post meno, 52, and have no other meno issues. Eat a healthy diet and don't have any allergies to my knowledge.

I seem to keep growing bumps or spots on one cheek. Not what you'd call 'zits' or acne, and not pale bumps either. It isn't rosacea and isn't sore. They are just pinkish red bumps, like what you'd call spots, and go away within a week but always come back again.

I use a simple, sensitive face wash and moisturiser that I have not altered in many years. I use minimal make up that has not changed. I have stopped both to test and nothing changes. I use pure cotton pillowcases so not sure what to think. I do seem to sleep more on that side.

Any ideas?

A very zoomed in image. Believe it or not the rest of my skin is super smooth and ok.
