Fully disclosure I have left temporal lobe epilepsy, am a migraine sufferer and have malformed blood vessels at the back of my head. Blood vessels have been looked at on an enhanced MRI and neurologist said nothing to worry about as they are over skull not underneath it.

I have been under a huge amount of stress lately from multiple directions.

Yesterday I had a huge replacement tooth filling. Dentist warned me to take paracetamol and ibuprofen and eat soft food for 48 hours.

The headache started last night.
This morning it was really bad. It’s a very painful like a tight band on top of my scalp. Took ibuprofen, within half hour I vomited my first morning mug of tea. Thank goodness I had something to throw up else it would have felt worse.

Had paracetamol, it’s taken the edge off and I’ve not vomited for last 6 hours but Dr Google says it’s not usual to vomit with a tension headache.

Also very common with migraines

Migraine usually makes me feel nauseous but I don’t actually vomit so this is different. The way I experience migraines is all the right side of my head migrating down my neck and into my ear. And it feels like I have a skewer through my right eyeball.
