Will my GP need to kick me off practice if I say i’ve moved

I told my GP about me moving eventually due to split with ex as had seen him relating to mental health. Ever since when I go they ask me if I’ve moved address yet. Few GPs have mentioned as it’s flagged on system.
Although my ex’s I’m still back and forth between two addresses until fully organised and settled. I wouldn’t say at one fully yet due to other circumstances but now registered to vote at new. Etc.
I need to get my GP to sign a form which contains new address but I’ve waited over 40 weeks on a clinic appointment which I had last week thing is from that appointment they’ve requested MRIs
If I move to new health board now I’m assuming they can either refuse to do them as it was consultant that requested or I’ll go way back to list and have to wait even longer.

Is it possible I can explain to my GP that i’d like to get these MRIs done which is 14 week wait and then move to new practice or will they make me move?
This issue i’ve been suffering years and just feel closer to answers hopefully

It's probably a good idea to move. I waited four years to move GP surgery after I moved house and I should have gone sooner. Everything got easier after I moved.
