What type of tea's help with weight loss?

jsut bouhgt green tea with cranberry but it tastes vile..am embarking on weight loss on huge scale, loved raspberry leaf tea when pg, what other tea's help the digestive system???

yes, important not to leave the tea to stew for long - whisk the bag in and out otherwise bitter...ds is a green and white tea connoisseur and loves the stuff

yeah i saw the bit about not leving in too long, but then i squeezed bag?..would this defeat not leaving in too long?. ie making it stronger??

pinkchick - yes, squeezing would most likely that would make it stronger!!! You need to pour hot, not boiling water, as said by MargaretMountford, for 1 min, stir gently, remove teabag.

thats interesting anniemac as although im ok at mnute my mum has diabetes and due to my weight id guess if i dont do something about ti ill be going that way too!..ill tell her about that thanks
