DS (10-and-a-half) saw the GP about a month ago because he said his willy felt wet and strange all the time. It was a bit red, but otherwise looked fine, but she gave him some antibiotic cream just in case. The uncomfortable feeling has gone now, but he's become really mucky under his foreskin. It's not smelly or uncomfortable, but when he's in the bath and retracts his foreskin, there's lots of white gloop, which is quite hard to clean off.
Is this normal? - he's starting to get a bit hairy and I guess that the onset of puberty's round the corner. I'm wondering if it's normal smegma and hormone related, but as DH is circumcised, neither one of us is very experienced with foreskin maintenance
