Period free holiday.

I know it's been done on here before but i'm sure it was a different tablets.
I was wondering if anyone has taken Dyrogesterone tablets to stop you having a period while on holiday? if so did they work ok? any bad side effects? Tia

cant rememer the name of the pills but I took some pills to delay my period a few years ago (from GP) They worked and I had no side effects- period came about two weeks after the last pill and then carried on as normal afterwards!

Thank you. Doc said they might not work for me as the pill I was on should have made my periods stop but I ended up being on most of the time.
