B12 question! Need help

So I posted previously about having a blood test for easy bruising and other symptoms.
I have been told I have a b12 and iron deficiency however my GP no longer provides b12 injections unless you have a certain condition which I do not, before joining this practice my levels were higher than they are now and I was offered a loading dose and then the regular b12 injections afterwards.
i feel absolutely rubbish, I’m breastfeeding and I am utterly exhausted.
so in desperation I have booked a private b12 injection at a pharmacy next week, my question is, after I take the b12 injection, do I carry on taking my b12 tablets every day?
I can’t ask my GP this because I can’t take up an appointment for a question.
i feel lost and don’t know what to do!

If you pay for B12 injections privately, you’ll always have “false” test results as your reading will be higher.

No issues with taking your B12 tablets - you can’t overdose on B12.

Lots of information on here, including letters /information useful for conversations with GP’s.
