Gallstone scan referral- how long?

Saw my GP today who suspects I may have gallstones. I’ve been referred for a ultrasound.

Does anyone know how long I might have to wait?

I waited a couple of weeks and then checked the referral letter on the NHS app. I saw it had been sent to a private company so I googled their number. They booked me in for the next day. Turned out some of the stones were stuck in the Common Bile Duct which is serious . Chase them up OP

Did the referral letter appear on your NHS app straight away? There is nothing on mine.

I can't honestly remember but I don't think it was too long. Hope you're not in too much pain
