Had some dental work done recently and it seems to have left me with cold sensitivity. It only affects me when I drink something cold from the fridge.

My dentist said an active ingredient called Arginine was great for sensitivity - Colgate Sensitive has it.

Sensodyne rapid repair.
it’s really good and if your teeth as really sensitive rubbish it on your teeth between brushing also helps.
its quite expensive if you buy it from supermarket but b&m etc usually have it for a reasonable price
