would this work for an abscess/boil?
currently on it for dry socket and now have an abscess appeared on my stomach (it’s been a great week….!)
wondering if the fact I’m already on this antibiotic will help it at all

Might do for an abcess, my friend had it for a gum abcess rather than dry socket and it worked. Not sure about a boil though. I had it for extreme eczema.

Its so hard core I felt it would slay anything in its path.

I mean at least the abscess pain is distracting me from the dry socket…

Oh I’m ok with the dry socket, that’s what the antibiotics were prescribed for

I was on amoxicillin a while ago for something or other. I think dental. Anyway at the time I had a stubborn stye on my eyelid and 2 days into th antibiotic the stye suddenly got better. So the metronidazole might just help with your skin abscess. Let us know!

Honestly it’s like it’s ready to go but it’s so so sore and it’s also boiling hot
i I did some magnesium paste last night and hot compresses so hoping it gives up soon…
