Tinnitus and pregnancy

I'm trying to conceive and terrified that my tinnitus get worse during pregnancy. It begun 4 years ago, no cause known, soft/mild and no relevant spikes.

Last year I was pregnant twice and both pregnancy sadly ended at 6 weeks. While I was pregnant tinnitus weirdly went softer, It almost went away... Yet I'm scared because I have heard that It can go Wild during 2&3 trimesters.

Does anyone here have experiencies to share? I Google about It but I only find studies about new onset tinnitus during pregnancy.

Well yes it’s a risk
and I’m afraid absolutely nothing you can do to prevent the onset of it does arise

but don’t let this be your focus if you’re trying to conceive as will just add to the stress

I’ve had tinnitus since I was 4, I didn’t notice any change in pregnancy. It’s never kept me awake since having a baby, though, and often did before, I can sleep through anything now noise wise.

My friends did get worse in pregnancy, but went back to baseline after she gave birth. I'd imagine this is worst case scenario, so wouldn't worry too much OP.
