Sore little finger joint

Out of nowhere my first joint on my little finger hurts when I bend it. This has been going on for three weeks. I am sure that I didn’t hurt it. It’s swollen too.

Arthritis?

I noticed I had this two weeks ago and I was so confused as I’d not done anything to injure it to the degree of soreness and stiffness I was feeling. It was swollen too, right at the first joint.

Then I realised it’s where I sit the bottom of my phone! Made a conscious effort to hold it differently and the finger recovered!
