What are these shiny round patches on my hands and forearms?

I've had one for years and now I've seen some others appear.

They're shinier than the rest of my skin. I did show the oldest to a dr but he wasn't overly bothered.

I do have some health anxiety (especially around cancer) after losing some people close to me very quickly and unexpectedly.

Nothing seems to change them.

Hi I’m no expert but it looks to me like age spots from exposure to the sun. Probably nothing to worry about but always worth getting a GP to look at them.

Hi, they look a bit like DSAP - I have them on my forearms and a couple on my shins. I eventually got mine diagnosed by a dermatologist. I’d had a few then at age 55+ they started to increase. They definitely get worse when I’ve been in the sun. I have to use high factor suncream otherwise they turn very red and feel sore.
I’ve included a photo from google.

I've got these too. Keep an eye on them in case they get scaly and use sunscreen but they are not cancerous (but could turn so). I use an app called Skinvision to analyse them every few months.
