A new promenant wart has rapidly grown and bled - should I be worried ?

I've never noticed it before. It's on my lower tummy. It's bled a little. I could have knocked it, but I don't recall doing that. It's pink in colour and round in shape

Should I be worried ?

Get it checked. But are you sure its a wart? I could be a skin tag, they bleed lots if they come off.
