Sad Family Time GIF by Lifetime

Hey,

I’ve been taking evorel sequi for 5 months.
the first few weeks were AMAZING!
I could feel my old self flowing back in 🙏
and then BAM the crappy low mood , fatigue and sleeplessness have crept back in.

Dr’s don’t seem to be too bothered by any of it.
As a woman, I’ve always felt like “ period” issues just get brushed to one side.
having endometriosis & PCOS has been tough! But throw in some synthetic hormones and I gave days where I feel like I could drive off a cliff!

any support or helpful advice from anyone with a similar experience, would be gratefully appreciated

You’ll probably get more / better responses if you have this thread moved to the Menopause board @CarrieJoy

They say there is a honeymoon period when you first start hrt. Can you ask for a review so they can adjust your dosage if needed.

I'm 2.5 weeks into using Evorel Sequi and recognise the feeling amazing!!

I'd definitely recommend asking for a review. That's what I've been told: complete my first 3 month prescription and then we'll review if it's working or whether it needs adjusting.
