swelling after MMR

my daughter had her MMR on Wednesdays and the other injection that they get at the same time which i cant remember exactley what its called. Today at the sight of one of the injections ,im not sure which one went in which leg,has a big swelling about 7cm in diameter and hot to touch iwas just wondering if this is quite normal or not ,thankyou

Try seeing your pharmacist. This happened to ds2 and was a local infection, so had to have antibiotics. Pharmacist told us to see GP.

Pnuemococcol (sp!) ?It is normal to have swelling and redness/inflammation. Ds got it with the pnuemo one iirc. Sounds like a big area. Poor wee thing, eh? If you're worried, call the hv / gp or ask pharmacist for some reassurancce.
