Really stupid question about Thrush, can someone help/

Hi I have promised my 2 dds that I will take them swimming today but I have Thrush (it started last night). I have taken the tablet for it, is it ok to go swimming or do I have to find something else to do? Thanks

Depends how much discomfort you are in really.

yes in terms of passing on infection, it is fine to go

Yes I was worried about passing it on. Also is it okay to use my Mooncup as I currently have a period? Thank you . Having only ever had it once I do not know that answers to these questions/
