Palpatations

Hi, anyone experienced heart palpatations, had an infection antibiotics, taken then the palpatations started. Quite uncomfortable , though googled, worse thing ever, it does say its quite normal, woukd like to hear from any one who had suffered this.

Google is the worst thing . Always makes you feel worse.
If you are very worried you could see your GP.
I get them so do several people I know.
You can get them when stressed . Low levels of different things like iron or b12 vit d and so on.
Because dehydrated. Lots of reasons.
In the short term what can help is a glass of cold water . Breathing techniques like taking a deep breath, holding it and counting to say 5 then breath out. And repeat a few times .

I get them infrequently. It's usually the first sign I'm coming down with something. They were checked a long time ago and I was told they were just normal for me.
