Lump on arm

Just wondering if anybody can tell what this lump is on my arm and if it's worth going to visit GP over?

How long has it been there?

It's hard like a pea and sort of crusty in person, I have tried squeezing 🤣
It's been there for over a month

I have a similar one on my leg. The white bit has disappeared now. Didn't burst just went crusty
