How likely is it that the MAP can fail twice...........positive stories please

Got rather carried away in the heat of the moment last night so will be going to get the MAP this morning.

My last DC was conceived in similar fashion, and I took the MAP with 12hrs.......and they're now a happy healthy toddler.

I couldn't possibly be so (un?)lucky as to have the MAP fail twice.........could I??

There must be someone who's been careless more than once, took the MAP - and still got pregnant, then careless again took MAP and didn't get pregnant?

BTW I AM a regular poster........

I never made the mistake twice, the first MAP resulted in twins

DD1 is now 12 DD2 is 10. MAP also used in conjunction with condoms.have been practicing total abstinence since.
although you just can't be that unlucky can you?

Trying not to give away who I am. But I have 3 children already, the 1st one was conceived first month of trying, 2 and 3 were unplanned, didn't take the MAP with no.2, but did with number 3.......they say lightening doesn't strike twice (with the it only takes once scenario).......well it did to me - surely it can't strike a third time (can it??) [eek]

anyone that hasn't taken the MAP on more than one occasion and ended up with more than one lovely DC??
