What is this? Health concern

I've had a sore, itchy, dry vagina and now I'm wiping clumps of this. This is about 15mm, others have been smaller. Any ideas?

Have you been using any vaginal creams like Replens or Ovestin? Sometimes they can cause dry skin cells to come out in clumps like this (nothing to worry about).
