Med insurance to cover cancer treatment

We have medical insurance that I started about 8 years ago after something happened. We’ve never used it, have a raft of excluded pre-existing conditions between us, and the renewal is due. The only thing I want to keep is a cover that cancer treatment would start within 6 weeks- so if the NHS can’t do this then the private cover kicks in. Does anyone have something like this they would recommend please?

Take a look at The Exeter. I was previously with Norwich Union which just became so expensive so I moved via a broker. I had never heard of this company but they are a very established mutual and very well reviewed. The premiums are about a third of what I paid previously.
