Covid risk?

I had covid about ten weeks ago. It makes me unwell but not awfully unwell. Worse than a cold, not as bad as flu.

My girlfriend has just tested positive and I’m due to see her tonight but I am meant to be taking my children away on holiday at the end of the week.

She thinks I’ll be fine to see her as usual but I am worried in case I catch it just in time to take my kids away. I’d probably still manage but I’d definitely feel under the weather.

I’ll probably still be immune?

There’s no such thing as being immune to Covid.

No, if she had a nasty or flu or you wouldn’t go so close to a holiday: this is no different. I’d send her some flowers and prioritise your holiday with your children.
you don’t want any illness this close Covid or not
