Discharge after period

Hi all the past few months been getting brown discharge upto 3/4days before period an same when period has ended im 38 not on contraception etc I do worry an wondering is this a normal thing or something I should be concerned about had a Lletz procedure 2years ago due to HPV an Cin1 given all clear an not due another smear til a years time but maybe going to get one soon due to all this my anxiety is spiralling a bit with this an thinking all sorts just looking some reassuring advice thanks in advance!

I get this and have assumed it’s normal and just down to my body changing/ hormones as we age

Im slightly older than you at 43 and
my smears have been clear even with this.
