Weird blisters - help

I’ve had tiny red blisters around one side of my mouth for a couple of months - nothing too concerning - but today I’ve woken up with them on both lips which are sore and a bit swollen. Roof of moth, tongue and throat also a bit red and tender. It’s not cold sores and I can’t get a doctors appointment so wondering if the hive mind has any suggestions (and I will visit a pharmacy later). Thank you in advance!

Is it perioral dermatitis? Have a look at some pictures and see what you think?

Lichen Planus?

Thank you both - good suggestions - I’m going to try and see a GP on Monday. The pharmacist thought it was oral shingles which I’ve never heard of! I’m using Zovirax for now to help a bit hopefully.
