I feel daft writing this but it's still whilling in my head ...😒
A few weeks ago I was in the wrong place at the wrong 🙄.I was cleaning kitchen with kitchen spray and the bottle back fired when I had finished and placed bottle on work top in to my left eye! I started washing my eye out at the sink - just to be sure. But later that night I touched based with NHS24 and explained what happened. They wanted to see me. After the full night in A and E the discovered it HAD got my eye 😬. I got antibiotic eye drops and other drops for two weeks and eye got better 😇.
But when I get headaches I use a little thing called 4Head - it's stopped me taking paracetamol etc. But today I got a little bit in the corner in the other eye (I think I brushed hair away on my forehead and forgot about it 😌). I freaked out! I called pharmacists (different ones - not sure why because all pharmacist have told me the same thing 🤔) and they were lovely - wash out with water etc. They reassured (i told her what had recently happened with spray earlier) that are not the same chemicals etc but I'm still scared. Am I being silly? Can anyone help? I suffer from anxiety with two kids. Please be kind xxx
