This has appeared across shoulder blades. Both the same. Looks like a pattern. Under skin. Not raised or itchy. Appeared in last 24 hours and feeling fine. Any ideas?!

I would ask if you can send a photo to the gp but one possibility is shingles.

Have you worn a heavy back pack or had tight straps across them?

This happened to me when I was at my lowest body fat percentage, just brushing/marks from stuff rubbing on my skin.

Don’t think that’s shingles. The marks are flat and look more like bruising rather than shingles spots
