Hi, I have this red edged 'spot' on my middle right finger. It's not a blister, scald/burn but other than that I have no idea what it is? The only thing I can think of is I had a small scratch there last week and it's something to do with that!!! Could someone please advise me what I can do to make it go away. Do I need to to put a hot/cold compress on it. It's not painful but as I'm right handed it is annoying. Tia. Pic attached if it helps.
