Mirtazapine

My doctor as put me on 30 mg mirtazapine I was on 45mg mirtazapine will I notice it what side effects etc will I get if any

I found it made me groggy, my joints hurt and I pilled on a lot of weight and craved carbs.

Thats with reducing them I suppose I can deal with that didn’t want to feel low thank you

they are more sedating at lower doses
