What is this on my daughters back?

My daughter said her back was itching so I looked at it and seen this.. we do live in the country, so I'm used to them having bug bites but haven't seen this before. Does it look like ringworm? She has a few ticks on her this year.. could it be lime disease? We also have cats and dogs inside the house. I am making a dr appt in the morning but do yall have any thoughts on this? I added 3 pics for better viewing.

It looks like a mosquito bite that's had a bit of a reaction to me. It's not the classic 'bullseye' outline of a tick bite where the tick is carrying Lyme disease but get it checked if you're concerned.

Doesn't look like Lyme disease. There's no ring. But does look like an inflamed, maybe infected bite.

I don’t know but if you ever find out I’d love to, as I once had something that looked exactly the same and I’ve always wondered!

Looks like a possible fungal infection.
