Any cardiac peeps out there?

I’m a 46 year old female and my heart keeps doing this pulse increase while working out on the cross trainer. It’s only temporary but does feel a bit weird. Not painful just fluttery. I’m exercising, the heart rate should go up right?

Which bit worries you? That's what I'd expect to see if you were working hard i think

It looks normal to me.

Just the fact it spikes up to 197
