Does anyone here take NMN supplements?

I keep hearing good things about them but a lot of people online seem to have a vested interest such as an affiliate link where they get a kickback so I am sceptical of their claimed results. Does anyone here use them, and if so, what kind of results are you getting?

Expensive waste of time in my case. Didn’t see any benefits, gave me awful sleep (which is bad enough already!) and no positives.

Oh and the ones I had were 3rd party tested in the U.K. so did contain what they claimed, while lots don’t t, and yet they still did nothing!

I also have trouble sleeping so that's something to bear in mind

Where did you get them from if you don't mind me asking? Was it do not age?
