I'm in northern ireland I don't live here and I have a uti i think. Really sore. Went o pharmacy, i can't get antibiotics without seeing a doctor because I'm not resident here. Phoned the local doctor they are closed half day a there's a number for a life threatening emergency. It's obviously not but it's sore!
I've taken 3 cystopurin today, can I take more?
I don't know what to do.

I had reoccurring utis whilst I was at uni and it was a nightmare to see the go, I carried on using the sachets but what I found really helped was a teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda in a glass of water or squash it tastes vile you gave to just down it but it really gave done relief.

*some relief,
The second your back in England just go any pharmacy they can all prescribe antibiotics for utis now

You could try calling your own GP for advice. They might send a prescription for antibiotics to a pharmacy near where you are in northern ireland and you can pick them up from there.
I had a nasty uti once while on holiday in the UK and the nurse at my surgery suggested that she could do that and it was a life saver. I was in agony and passing blood in my urine too. I was so grateful as I had a 7 hour drive home the next day .

Can you do a private video GP consultation? I've used TapGp. They'll issue a prescription immediately. How awful for you 😢

If you're willing to pay, as pp said try a private online GP service for NI. Not recommending this one, but it might do. I'd say all their prices are similar.
