Hemorrhoids

I've got external hemorrhoids which are getting worse..
I'm having trouble getting clean after a bowel movement (wish I had a bidet!) and hate having to go outside my home.
I'm eventually going to see the Dr next week. I also have Lichen Sclerosis so the excessive cleaning required is making me sore. I sometimes use baby wipes but with the LS it can make it worse..
I'm very very rarely constipated. I don't strain as I'm usually very regular.
I'm just wondering if anyone has any advice about new treatments available that they have had..
I've googled and it appears I have grade 4 as they are permanently external.. I did have one which developed a large blood clot in it. Which was agony.
I'm at the end of my tether with it all.

Hi, although I don't have the same issue as you I am having an op for anal skin tags very soon. Is is definitely not this you have? The doc will no doubt refer you to the colorectal team and they will take it from there. I know all about pain in that area and it is no laughing matter and you will want it fixed asap. Yours sounds more serious than mine. I have been on a waiting list for 9 months.

I can't actually see what's down there!
I know one of the largest ones is a pile because it got a huge blood clot in it..
I had gone to the Dr's about a year ago with bleeding and soreness and got sent for a colonoscopy.. hemorrhoids were diagnosed then..
