I’m having FESS tomorrow for “mild” thickening of my sinuses. Just looking for any recovery advice to be honest, from the anaesthetic and the surgery itself. I’ve got sinus rinses etc., and I have a wedge pillow for sleeping upright. I’m not having anything else done, as far as im aware
