Whats wrong with me?

Wondered if anyone else had similar symptoms and got a diagnosis?
muscle pain in legs and arms especially but feel it all over body deep into my arm pits and groins. Started a week ago and despite pain relief and deep heat nothing has helped.
Trying to book a blood test in with my GP surgery, just waiting for a call back. Otherwise I feel fine no coughs or colds. Can this be a sign of a deficiency in something? I thought after a week it was best to seek advice. Walking is so painful and I can barely lift up my toddler.

Poor you! Sounds a lot like a virus but see what GP says. They can make you feel flu-y while you are fighting them off. Hope you feel better soon.

@WitchesofPainswick thank you ❤️ maybe something will rear its head like a cold/ flu but thought after a week I would have started to feel unwell but you never know, would be easier if it was something like a virus.
