Tooth extraction site

Hi how long will there be a sore hole where the tooth was? it’s almost been a week and the hole is still deep and sore? I’ve had antibiotics etc it just feels horrible and was wondering was it normal to still be a deep hole nearly a week post extraction? Thanks

Yes I think it is normal. Try not to touch it with your tongue etc. I think it will take a few weeks to be feeling 'normal'.
