In the new year there was a great thread for this. I need to improve my health, I'm overweight in my 30s and need to eat more healthily, exercise and sleep. So I could start with sleep. Set my bedtime for 10 as I'm often up before 6am, and follow the 10-3-2-1 rule. I do think, but have become a bit slack.

I’ve overhauled my diet this year. I buy a bag of frozen veg each week, and boil it with chicken/veg stock, add frozen onion and herbs, blitz it with the blender, and have this for/as part of lunch most days.

Drink a pint of water before anything else in the morning. I’ve felt so much better since!

Alao a glass of water before I start a meal

Look after your teeth carefully. Floss and use an electric toothbrush!

All good suggestions.@Helpmeplease2025 like a soup? I did used to like soup for lunch. May get back into that.

A decent, brisk walk every day (when the weather is not terrible!) - great for mental health and a start for losing some pounds.
