I don’t know about the others you listed but your ferritin should be 80. So you must feel awful. You need a supplement. Im wondering why your gp has not prescribed one?

@RentalWoesNotFun thanks for commenting.well seems I have dealt with symptoms since 2019 after having my youngest sign. Was always told it was just anxiety. My transferrin and folate recently came back low which made me look into all my results and seems in all those hears I've had these symptoms my levels have all been low.its only recently im experiencing worse symptoms. My dr just keeps saying ferritin above 5 is completely normal. My ferritin has sat between 5-17 since 2019. My b12 has always sat between 196-300 in those years, transferrin forst time checked last year low 11% came up to 51% now back doen to 11%. My fokate has always been on low end between 2 and 5. Other than sometimes telling me low and having tablets for 4 months I was told above 3 is perfectly normal. Also just had vit d checked for the first time after doing home test and came baxk at 21 then 34. When it was 21 they gave me tablets then after that said its still low but just use otc vit d. Said all my levels are good and wouldn't cause issues I'm having. A different dr has just prescribed me some more folic acid yestersay and im also taking and iron liquid for the past 2 weeks x

Keep up the iron liquid and maybe in a couple of weeks you’ll feel better.

Id google the Nice guidelines if you’re in England to see when treatment should be offered for all the levels of things you got checked. Anything that looks on the low side either buy or get prescribed if they’ll do that. Really go for it and try and get all your levels up.

These damn doctors that let women struggle with their health when they should be getting treatment really hack me off. You’d think the cost was coming out their own personal pocket.

Next time you buy, try a vitamin D3 supplement. It’s easier for the body to use than just vitamin D.

For depersonalisation,
-look up the charity Unreal
-do physical activity like walking dancing swimming to engage with your body
-seek out sensory experiences like hot coffee or scent of lavender or any other powerful familiar scent and taste
-meet up with other people. Coffee with friends or just a walk in a populated place
-avoid too much time online or on screens. Especially gaming
-avoid meditation or yoga

it can get better but it does take time and work.
