Flarin V Ibuprofen?

I suffer from severe tendonitis in both ankles and take ibuprofen regularly. I read Flarin was better but more expensive!
Has anyone compared them both and is it worth lashing out?

Hi OP, I have arthritis and the flarin is so much better. I also find i don’t need it as regularly.

It’s the same active ingredient just formulated slightly differently.

The MHRA don’t seem too impressed: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/advertising-investigations-march-2022/march-2022-flarin-ibuprofen-summary-report

That said, this study (with a relatively decent sample size) does seem to indicate indicate it is effective at al lower dose than plain ibuprofen: https://www.oarsijournal.com/article/S1063-4584(17)30807-5/fulltext

I’ve not properly read the whole paper though, but initially scan looks promising!

Thank you. I’ve bought some Flarin to take to Europe on holiday. I’ll be expected to do a fair amount of walking so will hopefully get a better result with the Flarin.
I’m so much pain I could cry 😢
