Feeling sick two days after tooth extraction

Hi guys, I’m feeling really sick two days after tooth extraction, I’ve stopped all pain relief so it isn’t that, also I was given antibiotics as a precaution but amoxicillin doesn’t always work for me. Also on the side of my mouth where the tooth was extracted when I rub my tounge along the tooth infront it makes my tounge feel almost tingly and numb? This might sound really weird but has anybody had anything similar?

thanks

I had a tooth extraction a couple of years ago. I had to go for antibiotics as it ended up infected and there was a piece of tooth remaining in the gum. I would call your dentist and ask for their advice. They might either ask to see you or prescribe you something else

Are you taking antibiotics? That could be making you feel sick.
Which tooth was extracted? If lower then the ID nerve in the lower jaw would have probably been numbed and sometimes that can cause your tongue to remain numb for a while after.
