Glandular fever

Does anybody know is glandular fever airborne?
Read online it's through saliva, mainly kissing or shared cups etc.
How long would it take for symptoms to show.

I think it’s airborne in the same way colds are so it takes droplets from a fresh cough or sneeze entering your airways or coming into contact with mucas membranes.

Not sure about incubation. I had glandular fever as a teenager and it was utterly exhausting. I was tested but had a false negative (common at least in 90s) and just felt dreadful for months kept on getting antibiotics which didn’t help.
