I’ve just been prescribed Ferrograd C tablets for low ferritin. Has anybody used these? Im worried about starting them as concerned they’ll upset my tummy/give me constipation. Has anybody taken these tablets?

Other people's reactions to tablets won't have any bearing upon how you react. Low Ferraris is a twat to raise so your best bet is to try them and then see what (if any) consequences you need to deal with.
