Dent in areola when laying down

I have health anxiety.
I’ve just noticed that when I lay down there is a dent in my left areola.
I have lost over two stone recently (been on a massive health kick!).
im going on holiday in the morning and now know I’ll be worrying about this for the week as I can’t call GP until I get back.
I stupidly googled and it came up with inflammatory breast cancer.
has anyone got this? It’s close to my nipple and is a dent. 😢

Realistically it's more likely to be because you've lost weight recently and are lying down... lying down tends to disrupt smooth bits and things get bumpy and lumpy.
Have you got medication for the HA, it would be a shame to ruin the holiday for yourself and anyone else going.

I have medication yes. I don’t want to ruin it but I’m panicking 😢

There would be other symptoms with inflammatory BC. I recently had a BC scare after losing weight too, I found a really hard lumpy area when I was checking my boobs lying down. When the consultant felt he said that fibrocystic changes can sometimes cause dents and changes to the outside. Defo get it checked when you’re home but usually a dent/puckering would be due to a lump that has a reached a size it has started causing that distortion and you would be able to feel it. Enjoy your holiday x

Thank you for reassurance. I’m spiralling and trying not to show it!
