Are these moles..?

I’ve had these two new marks appear on my thighs over the last few months. I got the larger one checked out right away, it was a more pink colour at the time and the GP brushed it off completely.

I now have another, however the larger one is slightly raised and the smaller is not.

Are they moles? Should I get them checked out?

There’s an app called SkinVision - you can do a free trial then you pay. It’s really good for stuff like this - you upload a photo and it compares with thousands of other mole-ish photos via AI to tell you whether you need to be concerned. Anything picked up as a bit weird gets sent for dermatologist review.

I have well over a hundred moles and similar looking things so absolutely can’t go to the gp over every new one. I pay for an annual mole check but inbetween this is good for piece of mind
