Low iron

i have just got blood test results back and my iron level is 2, I have basically no vitamin D and my thyroid levels are odd does anyone know what treatment they might prescribe? I have a appointment with my dr tomorrow but just wanted to get an idea. Thank you.

is it your ferratin level that is 2? I’ve recently been found to have low iron although my ferritin is slightly higher at 6. I’ve been started on 3 iron tablets a day for three months. I’ve also had other tests to make sure I wasn’t losing blood elsewhere unknown and it wasn’t something else causing the anemia. It’s also possible to have an iron infusion on a drip which you may have if your ferritin is only 2
