im so scared I have bowel cancer . What I’m experiencing is a sick stomach that comes and goes and lower and mid back pain. Bloating intermittently too. Feeling that I need to go to the toilet. I’m also very fatigued on and off too.
I had a sigmoidoscopy a few months ago for mild rectal bleeding which turned out to be an internal haemorrhoid.
anyone ever experienced this ?
