i started with this a couple of years ago, no idea why but anyway, I’ve just come back from a holiday abroad with the awful itchy burny rash even after using “sun allergy” 50spf sunscreen which unfortunately hasn’t helped at all, whilst also taking antihistamines. I’m going to look into ‘skin hardening’ therapy after speaking to dermatology but just wondering if anyone else who suffers has found anything that works. This weekend was 30c and I had to be covered head to toe as the rash has been so bad this year and we had booked days out, I’m surprised I didn’t pass out with the heat! It’s so difficult to stay indoors when the sun shines especially with children who love being outside. I know it’s short lived but for them couple of weeks it takes to go down I’m miserable! Thank you 🙏
